**RETURNS/REFUNDS**
Due to the fact that the items being sold on this site are customized, there are No returns or refunds unless specified in sales description. HOWEVER, I will give a full refund if the item being sold has been grossly misrepresented, i.e. missed flaws, wrong description, wrong item. If this happens item has to be sent back within 3 days, AT BUYERS EXPENSE. Please read my descriptions CAREFULLY, ask questions before buying and make sure this is an item you really want.
I DO NOT GIVE PARTIAL REFUNDS.
**SHIPPING**
All items will be shipped USPS, priority, media mail, or first class. Shipping cost will either be a specified flat rate or calculated cost depending on the weight. If you want express, let me know. Items Will also be shipped with delivery confirmation. All items will be packed and padded well no matter how big or small.
Insurance is optional, but strongly suggested. I ship the day of or the next day after receiving payment. Once I ship a package it is 100% out of my hands. Depending on the service and buyers location, delivery should take 2-10 days (some cases longer). Please don't send rude e-mails, I will gladly track a package for you if you are concerned, but that is all I can do until you receive your item. I have not control over what happens in my post office or your post office.
